Cancellation Policy – MoveOn

At MoveOn, we offer the option to cancel orders within the first 24 hours after purchase.

To request a cancellation, please send an email to contacto@mvonstyle.com including the following information:

• Order number

• Full name

• Reason for the cancellation

If we receive your request within this time frame, we will issue a full refund using the same payment method used at checkout.

Important:
After 24 hours, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order, as it will already have been sent to our distribution center for processing and shipping.
