Return Policy – MoveOn

At MoveOn, we want your shopping experience to be satisfying. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.

Product condition: The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-eligible items: For hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Request process: To initiate a return, please send an email to contacto@mvonstyle.com with the following information:

• Order number

• Full name

• Reason for the return

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
